Volunteer Assistance Needed
What: The Japanese Cultural Center of Hawai‘i’s New Year Ohana Festival 2015
Date: Sunday, January 11, 2015
Who: Volunteers and Friends of the JCCH
Time: 10 a.m. – 4 p.m.
Volunteer hours: 8:00 a.m. – 1:00 p.m. and 12:00 p.m. – 5:00 p.m.
Place: Japanese Cultural Center of Hawai‘i (2454 S. Beretania St.)
and Mō‘ili‘ili Field
Volunteers are needed to assist with:
Cultural Demonstrator Assistants
JCCH Food and Drink Booths
Parking and Shuttle Ushers
Crowd Control
First Aide Booth
Keiki Games
Keiki Rides
Set up and Clean up
Sign Wavers
Trash Patrol
Volunteers are also needed prior to the event to assist with:
(includes setting up tables and chairs, hanging banners and prepping event materials)
Set up on January 10, 2015
Volunteers will each receive:
One (1) JCCH volunteer lanyard
Lunch chit for lunch
Drinks and snacks
